I have a PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!

To the girl that looks in the mirror and thinks she is ugly....

You are beautiful in each and every way.

To the girl that feels like no one will ever love her....

God is real and he loves you, focus on his unconditional love.

To the girl that feels like no one gets her....

You are on a complete different level than the people around you so find people that want more out of life.

To the girl that that feels unappreciated....

Do things that you are passionate about and that make you feel good. Do not do things for recognition.

To the workaholic....

Live in the moment, work will always be there so make sure that you take some time out for the important things in life like family and friends.

To the girl that is always tired....

Don’t neglect yourself. Take care of yourself because if you don’t no one else will.

To the mom that feels like she’s drowning...

Your doing great and they will love you in the end for your constant love and sacrifice.

To the girl that feels un noticed at work....

Keep your work ethic someone will notice you and speak of you in high places.

To the girl that has been rejected....

It takes 20 no’s to get 1 yes. If you believe in yourself someone else will too. Don’t give up, use the rejection as motivation to keep going.

No matter where you are in life, do not focus on how others make you feel, focus on becoming a better version of yourself for yourself. When you start doing things that make you happy and you start taking care of yourself, your life will automatically attract positivity. Focus on yourself spiritually, physically and mentally.

But Jo I have kids, it’s not about me anymore, how do I do it with my kids? Incorporate your kids into your positive journey because they need to learn about it to. Do it together! Surround yourself and your kids with nothing but positivity. When you are at home praise them and speak in a positive tone. When you are in public, do things together and speak to them calmly. As they grow they will gravitate to what they are accustomed to.

I have said it many times in this blog and I will say it again. Women have the ability to walk into a room and change the atmosphere. So ask yourself, when you walk into a room how do you want to make an impact? When you work on who you are on the inside it will spill over to the outside. The impact is not about how people perceive you but the way you carry yourself. It takes time but you can do it and if you need help I’m only a note away!

Love Jo,
